　　1、根據(jù)客戶場(chǎng)地尺寸（L*W*H）進(jìn)行專門設(shè)計(jì)定制，通常立柱之間的跨度為4000mm/6000mm，高度H=2100-3500mm；

　　1. Firstly, specialized design and customization will be carried out based on the customer's site dimensions (L * W * H). Typically, the optimal span between columns is 4000mm/6000mm, with a height of H=2100-3500mm;

　　2、確定尺寸和形狀后開始選材進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)；

　　2. Start selecting materials for production after determining the size and shape;

　　3、我們寶德龍運(yùn)用自動(dòng)化設(shè)備（主要包含：數(shù)控等離子切割機(jī)、自動(dòng)焊接專機(jī)、自動(dòng)拋丸機(jī)和常規(guī)通用剪板、折彎?rùn)C(jī)等等）制作主體鋼架；

　　3. We at Baodelong use professional automation equipment (mainly including CNC plasma cutting machines, automatic welding machines, automatic shot blasting machines, and conventional universal shearing and bending machines, etc.) to produce the main steel frame;

　　4、安裝前配合客戶提前做好預(yù)埋件，安裝時(shí)主要以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)組裝為主；

　　5、主體框架組裝完成后，利用拉緊器將頂部膜材覆蓋并固定；

　　6、進(jìn)行表面噴漆，噴漆前必須做好自動(dòng)打磨除銹（出廠前已完成），必須噴3道油漆（1道防銹底漆+2道面漆，油漆顏色可根據(jù)客戶要求），經(jīng)過(guò)以上步驟終全部完成。

　　6. Finally, surface painting must be carried out. Before painting, automatic polishing and rust removal must be done (completed before leaving the factory), and 3 coats of paint must be sprayed (1 coat of anti rust primer+2 coats of topcoat, the paint color can be customized according to customer requirements). After the above steps, all of them are finally completed.
